In the last years I specialized in (broadly understood) user experience design — designing applications, solutions, and services with users’ needs and usability in mind. I believe that a good UX is the answer to many (if not most) business problems of today.

My work and my research focus on the relations between UX and the second area of my specialization: translation and software localization. I’m convinced that translators can benefit a lot by applying user experience design principles in their work, and UX designers should know methods and good practices of translation, localization, and managing translation and localization projects.
